The special gastronomy is guaranteed by Andreas Mensch, the Executive chef of the Paris Budapest Restaurant. He gained professional experience all over the world, but he has always followed the path pointed out by the greatest master chefs of Europe. He started his career in an Austrian town, then he cooked in Norway, then in a Michelin star awarded restaurant in Vienna, he was a chef in Latvia, in the United States as well as in Russia. Although he is implacably devoted to traditions and to quality, he is open to novelties. In his menus we can find delicacies prepared with refined French taste. As the Chef of the Paris Budapest Restaurant, he has added Hungarian cuisine, something which he has mastered to perfection, to his repertoire.

Béla Poós is another steady and essential member of the Paris Budapest Restaurant Team. He guarantees the accurate and perfect service of the restaurant day by day. With his colleagues he strives to satisfy all demands of the guests as well as to provide the usual high-standard all the time. He gained professional experience in Germany, while in Hungary he excelled in organizing open-air events. Before he came to the Paris Budapest Restaurant he got an intense experience in an almost 10 year’s career in other five star hotels. His helpfulness and devotion is undiminished in any moment.

The perfect cocktails of the Paris Budapest Bar are guaranteed by the chief bartender, Zoltán Tóth. Being a recognized bartender in Hungary, his professional performance is outstanding. His skills are extensive as he is a qualified wine-grower, a qualified mixer and in addition he also has an instructor’s degree. In his opinion his profession is his love; creating the perfect harmony of drinks is a mission. His charismatic personality as well as his creativity and openness make him a favourite with the guests; to say nothing of his spectacular tricks.
